Happiness is created, not found.

Happiness is the name of a beautiful feeling that every human being wants to have in his life forever. Most people think real happiness uses branded commodities, wealth, and fame. That’s what most of us believe, people who have more wealth are happier. But somehow, we forget that we can buy the world with money, not happiness. Then the question arises if we can purchase happiness with wealth, then why not all rich people are happy.

There are countless reasons why people are unhappy despite having wealth. Happiness and Sorrow are considered scientifically the same but emotionally different behaviours. Everyone has their style of celebrating joy in this world by thinking about positivity. On the other hand, psychologists don’t believe in this theory that you can make yourself happy with ‘positive thinking’; happiness can be gained from positive actions. They consider happiness a mastery we all can triumph by sticking to it.

According to the study by Daniel Gilbert and Matthew Killingsworth, “Our minds wander 46.9% of the time we spend a week. SO our thoughts are automatic, and they have a life of their own.” SO, we can say behaviours are challenging to control our thoughts, but it is relatively easy to control our actions or behaviour. Our brains have unfolded several mental biases that enable us to categorize, prioritize and examine information, compelling it to be manageable for us to navigate. Our mind works like a computer; we perceive situations, process information, and react. But our reaction is based on emotions. We cry, weep, or even we laugh at the problems we are in. These cognitive tendencies in sorting and prioritizing represent how we comprehend unusual conditions. For example, if we remember the last time we had to go shopping. We will think about good things like how someone deals with us or even if you faced a bad experience during shopping you will also think about that. So, we will find an astonishing result that our brain thinks about more prioritized information. It indicates that we can give rise to a habit of imagining positively or responding positively.

We can make ourselves happy if we know the natural science behind our minds. Most people think in a specific pattern. We realize terrible about sacrificing an amount of money. On the other hand, we experience happiness after earning the same amount. It indeed indicates we keep an emotional irregularity. We are always ready for dreadful and pessimistic sentiments. This is why we are in the savanna fighting for survival every day. We need to have patience and gratitude in our lives. Gratitude can kill your unhappiness. It is a powerful immune system of happiness. This antibiotic psychologically enables us to eliminate emotional viruses that upset our soul, filching our confidence and unrestrained our peace and happiness.

After exploring the situation from multiple perspectives, we now know that happiness is created, not found. Forming good healthy habits takes dedication and commitment and results in genuine happiness. The happiest people in the world suggest several exercises. They all have a purpose in their life. They begin their day to be happy and to make someone happy. Happy people don’t feel proud of their success because maybe someone does not feel satisfied with the same success you have got. You can make happiness your first choice. In every moment of life, we all know we must face reality, good or bad. So, why do we overreact to the situation? We can make our life a paradise on earth by living a life of contentment. The happiest people have gratitude in their nature. They always try to help others and boost them. They always are ready to be a giver. If you are a giver, you can achieve contentment in your life.
